Recipe 2 - Mongolian Style Udon Noodles

Ingredients:

Jinbaiwei Mongolian Style Udon Noodles 1pack 295g , oil 2tablespoons, sliced lamb fillet 200g, Mixed vegetables 200g   


Methods:

Soak noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes to untangle.Drain.Heat the wok based pan until very hot,add the oil. Add the meat and stir-fry until the meat changes colour.Add vegetables and sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.Add noodles by separating them into the wok with your fingers,cook,stirring for 1 minute to combine.
